Leadership

Leadership is about influencing willing skillful hearts to be part of goal achieving effort. There are many opinions about leadership starting with those who confuse leadership with position to those who believe leadership is relation based.

Leaders should have a vision , communicate this vision to their team and work together towards this vision, collectively.

Leadership focuses more on enabling team members to achieve set goals. Enabling team members includes building good relations with team members and understanding their individual as well as shared needs.

Position holders who confuse Leadership with position end up failing , unless they seek ways to understand and practice leadership. Leadership is practical.

Teams usually perform better under environment that is open, inclusive, seeking opinions, and ways to understand and solve/ satisfy their needs.
